How the record is kept
Entries are never silently deleted. When a law is repealed, superseded, or corrected, the change is recorded in a new edition and the earlier editions stay here unchanged. Editions are daily: the edition for a date shows the trackers as they stood at the end of that day. Each entry keeps the same web address from edition to edition. The full history of every page is also kept in version control.
The current entries are always at /law-changes.json. All editions are free to reuse under CC BY 4.0.
