Human oversight of AI in investigative and legal work
Automated tools may assist professional judgment, but a named person must remain accountable for every consequential decision.
Honest representation of authority
Investigators and justice professionals must never imply authority, status, or affiliation they do not hold, including through badges, titles, or association membership.
