Terms of use
Short terms for a site that publishes information and sells nothing.
Information, not advice
Everything on uscli.org, including the Licensing Law Tracker, is general information. It is not legal advice and does not create any professional relationship. Rules change; confirm any requirement with the licensing authority or an attorney in your state.
Accuracy
We work to keep content accurate and dated, and we link to official sources. We do not guarantee that any page is complete or current. Report errors to contact@uscli.org.
Using our content
You may quote and link to USCLI content with attribution. Search engines and AI assistants may index and cite it. Official government texts we link to belong to their publishers.
Our name and mark
The USCLI name and mark may be used to refer to the organization accurately, for example in news coverage. They may not be used to imply membership, endorsement, certification, or any government affiliation.
Links to other sites
We link to official sources we do not control. Their content and policies are their own.
